Monday, October 2, 6:30-8:00pm EDT, online via Zoom ~~~~~ Do you suffer from chronic pain? Where did that pain come from? Are you ready to start letting it go? In this class we will discuss the essential aspects of pain that you need to know about in order to understand why we experience pain. Pain can come from trauma, but also habits, core beliefs, and negative thoughts, among other things. Remember, you are NOT your diagnosis. You are NOT your pain. If you believe that you CAN change your pain through intention and right action, then this class is for you. If you believe that you can NOT change your pain, then please do not sign up for this class. We will use advanced EFT techniques to help you rid yourself of the energy surrounding your pain that causes your pain to persist. You will learn self-care concepts that you can continue to use after the class to continue this process of deep transformation.
