Empowerment Coaching Session

Service Description

You have committed to finding your way back to living an empowered and joy-filled life... but you're not sure about how to get there. I can help! In this session, we will work together to: * Identify your desires... what aligns with you mentally and vibrationally * Identify barriers... what is causing those desires to feel "out of reach" * Determine next steps to releasing the barriers, and bringing the desires closer to your life experience Types of barriers we may address: * Limiting beliefs * Interpersonal skills * Lack of clarity * Communication * Personal habits * Energetic barriers * Business skills * Technical skills (e.g., social media, website, tech tools) Location: ~ When registering, you will choose whether to come to my studio for this service, or meet online via Zoom. ~ Regardless of the location you choose: .....Your confirmation might state the session is in my studio. .....A Zoom link will be included in your email confirmation. .....We will meet in the location that you choose during registration. [This session is most effective when included as part of a coaching package, where we meet regularly to continue to cycle through this process, until you have reached your goal, or are ready to fly solo.
