Begin your Reiki journey by reconnecting with your own healing energy. * Reiki Level I is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and awaken your natural ability to support healing for yourself and others. * This foundational training introduces you to the origins, philosophy, and practical application of Usui Reiki in a grounded, supportive learning environment. * During this training, you will receive your first Reiki attunement, opening your channel to Universal Life Force Energy and beginning a lifelong relationship with this gentle yet powerful practice. Her journey with energy work began years ago, evolving from personal healing into a heartfelt calling to teach and support others. Liz first trained as a Reiki Practitioner under Sangeet K. Khalsa and later completed her Usui Reiki Master Teacher training with Grace Harrington Murdock. She is also a Kundalini Reiki Master and an Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master-Instructor. Liz offers a grounded, compassionate learning space where students feel safe to explore their intuitive gifts and deepen their connection to life-force energy. Her teaching blends clear guidance with a gentle, heart-centered approach, honoring each student’s unique path and pace. She offers classes, mentorship, and opportunities for both personal growth and professional development.
