Her journey with energy work began years ago, evolving from personal healing into a heartfelt calling to teach and support others. Liz first trained as a Reiki Practitioner under Sangeet K. Khalsa and later completed her Usui Reiki Master Teacher training with Grace Harrington Murdock. She is also a Kundalini Reiki Master and an Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master-Instructor. Liz offers a grounded, compassionate learning space where students feel safe to explore their intuitive gifts and deepen their connection to life-force energy. Her teaching blends clear guidance with a gentle, heart-centered approach, honoring each student’s unique path and pace.
